3. Use our gear rental pages to see what we offer and share a general idea of what you need. When we reach out we will customize the kit to meet your needs.

4. Let us know if you need us to set up and take down camp so we can include those rates in the quote.

5. If you have other special needs such as planning and coordinating, we will schedule a consultation appointment via zoom.

6. We generally respond within 1-3 business days pre-season. However, this estimate changes as the season progresses. 

7. Once we've agreed upon your rental details, we’ll send you a secure PayPal invoice to purchase, which confirms your reservation.
